I purchased tickets from
Ticketbuddy.com but cannot attend the event. What is your

exchanges, or cancellations on any order once it is submitted
to us. This policy is in place because when you purchase your
tickets we secure and acquire those tickets for you and are

you are certain you want them. For information on how to

postponed? If an event is postponed, the tickets

refunds on postponed events.

personal information secure? Ticketbuddy.com

email address to anyone. Period. We will only collect, store
and use your personal information for purposes of doing
business with you. We use your information to support and

service and company news and offerings with you. We do not
sell your personal information, period.
When can I be sure that the
tickets I purchased over the internet are "confirmed"?
We can confirm your ticket orders within 24 hours of
your internet purchase either by phone or email. Orders placed
over the weekend will be confirmed on Monday. The tickets that
are listed for sale on this website are subject to
availability. Ticket inventory for sale through our website is
current and as up-to-date as possible. Sometimes tickets sell
quicker than the website can update, so if you place an order
online, there is a chance that the tickets you order are no
longer available. If this happens we will attempt to find
similar seats at a similar price. We will not substitute
similar tickets without your approval.
Why canât I purchase a
single ticket? Ticket Brokers are often unwilling to
break-up a large, even groups of tickets to provide a smaller
odd number of tickets to a group of one, three or five. If you
have a small, odd number in your party, we recommend you look
for a odd numbered group of tickets and choose from that
group, or email a customer service representatives
customerservice@ticketbuddy.com
What are the seat numbers
for these tickets? All of our groups of tickets are
for consecutive seats, unless specifically noted otherwise. If
the actual seat numbers for a group are of particular
importance to you, please give us a call at (310) 273-5195 and
we will provide you with this information.
Are these seats together?
All of our groups of tickets are for consecutive seats unless
specifically noted otherwise.
How can I get tickets for
events happening today? It is possible in some cases
to get tickets for events at the last minute including the day
of the event itself. To meet this need however requires extra
effort on our part, and we recommend that you give us a call
for these last minute orders at (310) 273-5195 to make sure we
can accommodate your needs.
How does Ticketbuddy.com
calculate its ticket prices? The prices of tickets
on our site are based on the prices set by the Ticket Brokers
that are offering those tickets for sale. These prices reflect
the fair market value of the tickets based on the difficulty
of acquiring the tickets in the first place, along with
factors such as the popularity of the event, the location of
the seat, and the rarity of available tickets to the event.
The prices of tickets on our site are often higher than the
face value that is printed on the tickets themselves,
reflecting the difference between the face value and the fair
market value.
Why are your tickets above
face value? The value that we charge for a ticket is
its fair market value, which is sometime higher that the face
value of the ticket itself. The face value of a ticket is
quite often not a good indicator of the price it would cost
you to acquire a ticket to the premium events we stock. The
work that goes into acquiring these hard to find tickets is
represented in our final price.
What is the face value of
these tickets? We only know the price that our
Ticket Brokers are listing for tickets and often cannot
discern what the actual face value is of the tickets being
sold. top |
