Forms of Payment

CREDIT CARDS: We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, AMEX, Discover, Diners Club and JCB. In some cases a credit card authorization form must be filled out and returned to us along with a copy of the cardholderâs Drivers license and credit card.

ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFER: From your bank directly to ours.
 

ON ACCOUNT: It is now possible for some clients to purchase tickets on account.

CHECKS: If time permits payment by check is an option. We accept cashierâs checks and money orders. Company or Personal check orders ship AFTER check payment has cleared. This can take up to 7-10 business days.

CASH: This type of payment must be made in person.

BANK CHECK CARDS (Bearing the Visa Logo): We accept bank check cards bearing the Visa logo, in person or online.
 

PayPal

We accept PayPal payments. PayPal is an independent site that allows you to send payment instantly via email. PayPal allows you to use MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and e-checks (taken directly from your bank account). *Tickets will be shipped only after an e-check clears, which typically takes a few days. For complete information, visit www.paypal.com. Ticketbuddy.com is not responsible for any policies of PayPal.
 

Shipping

FedEx is used for all shipments and a signature is required upon delivery for every order. FedEx will NOT deliver to a P.O. Box so you must provide us with a physical street address.

Most orders for regular season NBA, NFL, MLB and NHL games, concerts, and theatre are shipped within 24 to 48 hours after confirmation. Orders for some events are not delivered until very close to the date of the event. We may contact the customer to confirm the shipping address prior to shipment. We offer three different shipping methods:

International Orders

We do ship Internationally, with various exceptions. We will contact you in the event that we cannot ship to your location. Prices to common international destinations are below, all prices in US Dollars:

All delivery times are subject to availability in your delivery area. Upon delivery of tickets from FedEx, customer has 48 hours to contact us about any mistakes or discrepancies about tickets and/or seating locations.

Ticket shipments cannot be rerouted from the original address submitted on the order.
 

Rescheduled Events

If an event date/time is rescheduled or postponed, there are no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges. Generally, the original tickets issued will be honored for the new date/time of the event. Ticketbuddy.com is not responsible for providing information or instructions regarding particular event or venue policies. We suggest that you go to the official website for the performer and/or the venue for specific instructions as soon as any rescheduling or postponement is announced. However, if you contact the Ticketbuddy.com sales department when an announcement is made, we will be happy to assist you in obtaining information when we are able.
 

Cancelled Event

If an event is cancelled (as announced by the performer, promoter, or venue) and not rescheduled or postponed, you will receive a full refund, minus any shipping and handling fees. In order to issue the refund, Ticketbuddy.com must receive the unused tickets in their original condition within seven (7) business days from the announcement of cancellation or original event date, whichever occurs earlier. When shipping tickets to Coast To Coast Tickets, it is highly recommended that you use some form of trackable shipping (ex: FedEx, UPS, certified mail), so you can verify the tickets are received. We are not responsible for tickets unless and until there is third-party verification that we received the tickets.

Tickets for all events purchased through Ticketbuddy.com should be considered as "rain-or-shine" final purchases.

Ticketbuddy.com shall not be held responsible for damages, delays, cancellations or unavailability of public or private transportation caused by an act of God, acts of war, riot, civil commotion, acts of State, strikes, fire, flood, restricted availability, or by the occurrence of any other event beyond the control of Coast to Coast Tickets.
 

Partial Event Cancellations

If one day of a multiple-day event (such as a tennis or golf tournament) is canceled or postponed, tickets for that date may not be honored for another day or redeemed for tickets that would. There are no refunds given in this situation. The same policy applies to partially rained-out events. If any part of a day's scheduled events occurs, a full day of the event is considered to have taken place.
